Registration terms and conditions
Registration dates will be staggered for 2026 so that competitors do not have to pay for all competitions at the same time.
Once the bulletin is uploaded onto the website, a minimum of 1 weeks notice shall be given so that everybody has a fair chance at gaining a place.
Payment details can be found on each of the bulletins.
Registration can be completed online at F3Scoring and the full entry fee must be paid before you have a guaranteed place. Once the entry is complete and full payment is confirmed by the organiser, your name will be added to the event page(s).
If you have to cancel, the organiser will strive to return part or all of your registration fee depending on the following:-
1. Your place can be filled by another pilot on the reserve list.
2. The organiser has enough registered pilots to cover all of the costs for running the event.
The EHS is run as a non-profit series of competitions and all money raised will be used to run the event. It is important to acknowledge that some events will cost more to run than others due to the geographical location, judge availability and facilities at the venue.
The EHS events are relaxed and friendly and I certainly don’t want to over complicate things. I ask for your understanding so that we can ensure that our F3C events continue to grow without leaving organisers having to cover additional costs themselves.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
